Snow Days Block 7

The embroidery of Block 7 was completed last night. Only 7 more to go! I'll be tracing off Block 8 this afternoon while the sun is shining! I use the window on the front porch as my "light table"... so tracing only gets done on sunny days! lol!

I've been seeing many new patterns being released this week as a result of the needleworks market... oh how I wish I could attend that show!!! I've already purchased one of those new releases... and have my eye on about 6 more... :-)

Until next time... stay healthy & keep on smiling!

  6. Hi there, I just did a post on this stuff I bought called sticky fabri-solvy. I have wanted to do that Calundula Patterdrip quilt for so long but just couldn't stand the thought of using a light box. I bought this stuff and I scanned the design into my computer then just print the patter on this paper that looks like printer paper then tear the back off and press it to your muslin and the design is perfect. Jacque wanted to know why I didn't find this stuff before she did all of her blocks. Here is my link with the place I bought it from. http://fieldofmydreams.blogspot.com/2012/02/sticky-fabri-solvy.html
I have never found it here at any yardage store so I have had to buy it online.
I would love to go to market too.
I am using it for a little quilt I am making and it is great. Better than waiting for a sunny day. :)
